Over the years, LVPC has be engaged in supporting people in the midst of disaster.  We sent mission teams to Bound Brook, NJ to help in flood clean up and have traveled to Appalachia to repair homes damaged from mud slides.  We will allways remember praying and crying with our own as we struggled through the aftermath and the loss of members of our church and community in the devastation of 9-11 and reaching out to our community with a special worship service as we were reminded that in life we are to help others on their journey From Anguish to Hope.
