The 2013 team is assembled for our return to the Dominican Republic.

Each summer a group of adults and teens take part in a Mission trip to the DR.  The trips are a vigorous mix of praise and worship, and church and health clinic construction, providing medical care, and teaching children with our Dominican church family.  We work hand-in-hand with the local churches and our brothers and sister in the faith. 

The 10 day trip will include the construction continuation and completion of a community church in the village of La Victoria about 1 hour outside of the capital city of Santo Domingo. The project was started by FFP & LVPC in 2012 and will be completed in 2013. The second phase of the project scheduled for 2014 will include the building of a Water Treatment Facility on the same site to bring clean water to this community. The trip will also include a one day medical clinic where team members will assist about 10 to 12 Doctors who will see over 1000 patients in a 10 hour period. A Beach Day will also be scheduled during the trip and our annual Dominican/American Baseball Game is scheduled.
